To help him, Doraemon uses the Time Tree Mochi to catch a big bird called Moa, extinct for 500 years.
To protect the Moa, they travel to Beremon Island, a sanctuary for extinct animals guarded by a golden beetle named Herakles. On the island, they meet a girl from the Rokkoro tribe and a boy who looks exactly like Nobita. Together, they face challenges to protect the island and its inhabitants from threats.
